If there is a negative perception around areas of a school or district, the root cause for this perception needs to be determined and strategically addressed. If there is a positive perception around areas of a school or district, the same is true. We can choose to argue over the results or we can choose to use the data to grow and improve. Using the data to grow and improve will improve leadership, teacher retention, the instructional environment, and ultimately student success!"
